How can I enter the discount code?
Enter the code at checkout
- Add products to your cart
- Go to the checkout page
- You will find a special field where you can enter the discount code
- Enter the code (e.g. MONEYMARKET10 ).
Click “Apply” and the discount value will be deducted from your total before completing your purchase.
Can I request an invoice?
If you can request an invoice, you'll find the section where you can enter your information, such as your certified email address and tax code, directly during checkout.
What are the costs of the service?
5% commission on the total order
What can't I order?
The service is intended exclusively for purchasing physical products from trusted marketplaces and e-commerce sites. It cannot be used for digital products such as software, subscriptions, or online services, nor for services such as hotels, travel, experiences, or tickets. Vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, or boats are also not supported.
All products that are illegal, non-compliant, counterfeit, or infringe trademark or intellectual property rights, as well as unsafe items or items lacking the required certifications, are prohibited. The service only accepts links from legal and compliant sites; otherwise, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Which e-commerce sites can I use links from?
You can use all global platforms from Amazon to eBay, from Esty to AliExpress, specialized sites, outlets, local stores and marketplaces.
Are there any limits on service requests?
No, the service can be used multiple times without any limits.
How can I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts to create a new password in just a few minutes.
Is shopping on DeBuy safe?
Absolutely. DeBuy is a service provided by TaoMark SRL, a legally registered and regulated Italian company (VAT number IT 17927511000, Via Circonvallazione Clodia 163/167).
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
Yes, you can request changes or cancellations as long as your order hasn't been processed. In this case, please contact our support team at debuy@taomark.com
