How long do I have to wait to make a return?

How do I get a refund?
You will receive your refund in the same cryptocurrency, to the address you used to make the payment. The amount will be calculated based on the euro value of the order, converted at the exchange rate at the time you request the refund. For example, if you spent 50 euros on bitcoin, which at the time of purchase corresponded to 0.00048 BTC, but at the time of the refund request, those 50 euros correspond to 0.00050 BTC, you will receive 0.00050 BTC.
