These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website, access to the services offered, and the purchase of products through DeBuy. By using the site, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. About DeBuy

DeBuy is a service developed by TaoMark SRL , a company with registered office in Via Circonvallazione Clodia 163/167, 00195 Rome (RM), Italy .

The company is incorporated under Italian law and operates in compliance with applicable laws regarding e-commerce, consumer protection, and personal data protection. We do not offer or perform any financial or investment services.

3. Description of the service

DeBuy acts as an intermediary service for the purchase of products on third-party e-commerce sites. The user provides the link to the desired product, indicates the amount corresponding to the price applied by the original site at the time of the request, chooses the shipping method (home or collection point) , and proceeds with the payment. On the same day as the payment, DeBuy verifies that the product complies with legal requirements (as indicated in point 10 of the terms and conditions) and that the price indicated is correct. Then:

  • If the verification is positive, we immediately purchase from the original site and confirm the purchase via email.
  • In case of problems (non-compliant product or incorrect price), the user is informed by email the same day, with an explanation of the reason.

As soon as it's available, the tracking code will also be sent. If the package is delivered to a pickup location, the user will also receive the unlock code needed for pickup.

4. Prices

All prices are expressed by default Prices are in euros (€) and always include VAT. Depending on your geographic location, you can select your currency using the currency selector available on the website. To use the service, you must indicate an amount corresponding to the price applied by the original website at the time of the request. The system automatically adds a 5% commission to this amount . The amount indicated by the user is valid for 24 hours after payment. If, upon verification by DeBuy, the product price is incorrect compared to the amount indicated, DeBuy will send a payment link to settle the difference.
In case the user If you do not agree to pay the difference, DeBuy will refund the full amount paid using the same cryptocurrency used for payment.

4.1 Shipping prices

You can get free shipping on orders over €79 , both for home delivery and for pick-up at designated locations. For smaller amounts, shipping is a flat rate of €2.99. Additional charges may apply for pick-up locations and home delivery, as indicated in points 6 and 8, respectively.

5. Payment methods

The accepted payment methods are exclusively cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT on BEP-20, ERC-20, Polygon, Solana), USD Coin (USDC on ERC-20, Polygon, Solana), Toncoin (TON), Binance Coin (BNB), Solana (SOL), Polygon (POL), TRON (TRX), Cardano (ADA), ApeCoin (APE), The Sandbox (SAND), Axie Infinity (AXS) via Lunu Pay and Bitcoin Lightning Network (BTC LN) via BTCPayServer.
The user is required to send the exact amount requested by the selected payment gateway. If a lower or incorrect amount is sent, payment gateways may automatically cancel the transaction and refund the amount to the customer's wallet. In this case, the user will have to repeat the purchase.

5. Shipping times and tracking

Delivery times always depend on the original site from which the user sends the product link. Two business days should always be added to the times indicated by the original site.
All delays depend exclusively on the courier and the delivery times indicated are always purely indicative and may vary.

Tracking information is always sent via email as soon as the originating site provides us with the tracking code. If the originating site doesn't provide tracking information, you'll still receive email updates on the status of your order.

6. Pick-up point

The User can choose, during the checkout phase and before confirming the order , to receive the delivery at a Collection Point .

To view and select available Pickup Points, the User must:

  1. Please enter a valid reference address in the shipping field.

  2. Enter “Collection Points” in the Surname field.

The system will use the address provided as a central point to calculate and display the Pickup Points closest to the User.

After payment, DeBuy checks whether the product's originating site has Pickup Points:

  • If so, the product is sent to the Collection Point of the origin site chosen by the User.

  • If the selected Point is not available at the origin site, the system automatically chooses the Point closest to the one indicated.

  • If the originating site does not have Pickup Points , the Pickup Points provided by DeBuy will be used, with a possible surcharge calculated based on the weight of the item.

In this last case, the User can always choose to:

  • Change delivery and opt for home delivery

  • Waive the extra charge and receive a refund for your order

Although the originating site has Collection Points, not all products can be delivered to these points, for example due to:

  • Item size or weight

  • Value or nature of the asset

  • Restrictions imposed by the Collection Point manager

In this case, the Collection Points provided by DeBuy will be used, with a possible surcharge calculated based on the weight of the item.

Once the order has been deposited at the Collection Point, the User will receive an email notification containing:

  • The withdrawal code

  • The period available for collection

You won't need to provide any documentation to the merchant. Your order will be held for the maximum period indicated in the notification (typically 7–14 business days , depending on the merchant).

If the order is not collected within the indicated time frame, it will be returned to the sender and considered cancelled due to the User's responsibility , with the User being responsible for the return shipping costs and any handling costs .

7. Purchase limits

There are no daily or annual spending limits on purchases on DeBuy.

However, depending on the payment method you select, the following KYC (Know Your Customer) verification limits apply:

  • Lunu Pay : You can make payments up to €4,999 without KYC. Once you exceed this cumulative limit, you will need to complete the KYC verification process to continue using Lunu Pay.
  • BtcPayServer (Bitcoin Lightning Network): The maximum per transaction or cumulative limit without KYC is €999. Orders exceeding €999 cannot be processed with this payment method. Payments exceeding this limit will not be accepted by the system.

8. Availability of the service

The DeBuy service is available for orders from all over the world, with no geographical restrictions for the buyer. The User can choose any e-commerce site, including local versions such as .de, .es, and .fr , and the corresponding product names.

For orders sent to non-EU countries or to e-commerce sites that apply customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance charges , these costs will be borne by the User .

In such cases, if the total cost of shipping (including any estimated duties, customs fees or additional charges) exceeds 5% of the commission received by DeBuy on the order, calculated with respect to the shipping applied by the originating site to the chosen address, DeBuy reserves the right to temporarily suspend processing of the order .

The User will receive a new payment link to cover the difference in cost. Once the difference is paid, the order will proceed as normal. If payment is not made within the indicated timeframe, the order will be canceled and the amount already paid will be fully refunded .

9. Returns and refunds

The return conditions (times, costs, methods and permitted reasons) are determined exclusively by the policies of the original site from which the product link is being sent.

Return times and costs

  • The terms for exercising the right of withdrawal and the related costs (if applicable) follow in full those indicated on the original site.
  • If the originating site offers free returns , DeBuy will also apply free returns.
  • If the originating site charges a fee for the return (e.g. return shipping), that fee will be passed on to the buyer.

Any return costs will be communicated to the buyer via email before proceeding with the return authorization and can be paid directly in cryptocurrency through the payment methods available on DeBuy.

After submitting the request:

  1. DeBuy will forward it to the originating site for verification.
  2. Specific instructions (return shipping address, any costs, and refund methods) will be communicated via email.
  3. The return will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the originating site and, if applicable, payment of any return shipping costs.

Minimum statutory right of withdrawal: In accordance with international regulations and consumer directives (particularly for consumers residing in the European Union), all e-commerce sites are required to guarantee a minimum right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, except for exceptions provided by law (personalized products, sealed products, perishable goods, etc.). DeBuy guarantees that this minimum right is respected, but the most favorable conditions depend on the commercial policy of the originating site.

Refund Policy

You will receive the equivalent value in the original cryptocurrency used for payment, calculated at the exchange rate at the time we process the refund (not the rate of the initial payment).

Example : If you paid €100 in BTC (equivalent to 0.004 BTC at the time of purchase) and when you get your refund, €100 is equivalent to 0.006 BTC, you will receive 0.006 BTC .

Cryptocurrency refunds are processed within 1 business day from the time the original store transfers the refund to us.

10. Products not purchasable

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an order if the product link sent is deemed not compliant with the above or violates our policies or applicable law in any way.

It is not possible to purchase via DeBuy:

  • Digital products (online courses, ebooks, software, digital gift cards, templates, subscriptions, etc.)
  • Real estate or vehicles (houses, apartments, scooters, cars, boats, etc.)
  • Any item that cannot be physically shipped

Products that are illegal or prohibited by Italian and European law, including but not limited to:

  • narcotic substances
  • counterfeit products
  • prohibited weapons, ammunition and accessories
  • dangerous, toxic or non-compliant material (e.g. non-CE toys, carcinogenic slime)
  • prescription-only medicines
  • exotic or legally protected animals
  • e-cigarettes with nicotine (in some cases)
  • explicit adult content or services prohibited by law

11. User account

To place an order, you do not need to create a user account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
